so I have outlined some items to focus on as a real estate agent below.

There is plenty of advice on running your real estate business, but you should always start with your strengths. Stick to your talents, and add new things as you progress. After that, prioritize the following:

1. Keep up with industry trends and changes:

The real estate industry is constantly changing, so it’s crucial to keep up with laws, technology, and market trends. Read daily.

2. Have a solid internet presence: 

Most clients start their searches online. Have a professional website, an active social media presence, and an excellent online reputation. How do you appear when someone Googles your name?

3. Customer service is crucial to success:

This includes being responsive, accessible, and exceeding client expectations. Do you respond to an inquiry within 10 minutes? What do your clients and associates say about you?

4. Network and establish relationships with other professionals:

5. Be proactive:
